It’s important to be a responsible citizen. Be engaged. Understand the important issues of the day and have a voice. Social progression is important to me. Opinions should get debated but the objective should be to find common ground and compromise. Even if you have to give something up.
I speak openly and honestly. I submit that everyone has a right to their views, with a few guiding principles. Be respectful. Don’t incite hate or violence. Champion diversity. I endeavor to speak the truth, even when it’s inconvenient.
In my business life, I have been working with clients in the public and private sector for 30 years. As a Certified Public Accountant and consultant, I have obtained unique insights into business, economics, public policy and tax and financial matters. I have been a Partner in my firm for almost 20 years.
When I am not working, I love to play a variety of sports, spend time with my wife and three children, travel, read, and write.
